Welcome!! I hope that here you will find the answers to all your questions about who I am and what services I can
provide for you.
"Your life is a sacred journey and it's about change, growth, discovery, movement, transformation, continuously expanding your vision of what is possible, stretching your soul, learning to see clearly & deeply, listening to your intuition, taking courageous risks, and embracing challenges at every step along the way. You are on the path exactly where you are meant to be right now...and from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of triumph, of healing, of courage, beauty, wisdom, power, dignity & love."
My office has DOGS that are IN the office with me. If you have severe allergies or are not a "dog person", then my office may not be the right fit for you.
Meet "Dude". Dude is a patterdale terrier/chihuahua mix who I rescued from Burlington Animal Services in 2015. Im not sure of his past, but I'm sure there was abuse of some kind as he is still very shy and timid. He is NOT a therapy dog, but I am hoping maybe one day he will recover enough to start his training to work with people. For now, he just loves to see people come and go, and will let you pet him once he feels safe with you.
"Lexi" is our newest rescue from Carolina Boxer Rescue. She is a Rhodesian Boxer mix, and is 3 years old. Thanks to Sally Said So training, we are working on her certification as a therapy dog! She's in the office now, and working on her manners and her skills.
Practice Announcements: updated March 11, 2023
***I do not do custody evaluations or any other assessment ordered by a court of law.***
Please PLEASE follow up a phone call with an email. As I am face-to-face with clients most of the day, I often do not have enough time to return calls, some times for days. Emails I can return at night. Technology is not always my friend so if you have not heard back from me, email me again or call me again. I really do prefer email, but make sure to always follow up with me!
****Inclement weather season-- please call/email me before your appointment to clarify the status. In cases of bad weather, some appointments may have to be rescheduled (especially if the kids have a delay to report to school!)****
I am currently ONLY accepting the following for new clients:
- Adult Military Service Members/Veterans (Referral/Authorization needed if from the VA Community Care Network, Military One Source, TriCare Prime or Star Behavioral Health)
- BacklineCares, Inc. Referrals
- McLaughlin Young EAP/MYgroup Referrals
- all Law Enforcement/First Responders (Private insurance or MyGroup referral)
Former clients can always inquire about space and availability.
Currently offering both Telehealth and in-person appointments.
***Some telehealth coverages may be ending, please check your benefits
to know what your plan covers***

Here is my office! I shared this space with other therapists. When you visit, make sure to pull all the way around to the back parking area.
