Super important!!!!---When I am in the office, I try to maximize client contact which means appointments are scheduled back to back. Unfortunately this leaves little time between sessions to return calls and so my preferred means of contact is email. Email allows me to respond at a time when I may not be able to take a call. When you do leave me a phone message, please allow me 24-48 hours to get back to you. I have experienced issues with SPAM and voice mail so please follow up if you have not heard back from me; don't assume that I received your message and just didn't respond! You may even schedule an appointment via emailing me. Please make sure to include in your email what you are seeking assistance with.
Brief office consultations (15 minutes) are available without financial obligation.
I accept insurance and will file most major insurers for you. I am an in-network provider with many insurances including NC Health Choice, BCBS, UHC, Humana, UMR, Cigna, Aetna, Value Options, Tricare, Magellan, and Medcost. I will file out of network benefits as well. Unfortunately I am NOT able to bill MEDICARE. As of October 17, 2016, I am no longer accepting Medicaid.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Please be sure to call the office to confirm appointments in cases of weather issues. If the schools are closed there is a chance that all appointments will be rescheduled to another, safer, day.
